The training and workouts seem too easy for me. What should I do?
There are many ways to run more conservative or aggressive within your training plan. This is one of the coolest aspects of these training plans. One suggestion is to schedule a race and input your results. This will tighten up your training paces which will make your overall training more specific to your actual ability.
