The information below is for the 2018 United Airlines NYC Half; 2019 information will be available in fall 2018.

To ensure a safe race for everyone, we start the United Airlines NYC Half in two separate waves, each with lettered corrals (AA-L for wave 1; A-L for wave 2). Your wave and corral assignments are available in My NYRR and will be printed on your race number (bib). Your assignment is based on your previous best pace with NYRR or your predicted finish time and is designed to help you have a safe race experience. You can start slower corral (a later letter) or a later wave, but not a faster corral or earlier wave.

Plan your travel to arrive at the race staging area by 6:00 a.m. (wave 1) or 6:45 a.m. (wave 2) if you are checking a bag, and by 6:30 a.m. (wave 1) or 7:15 a.m. (wave 2) if you are not checking a bag. See the full schedule below.
