We're here for you. How can we help?
Race Number Pickup
Runners will receive a unique QR code associated with their My NYRR account, which will be used to pick up materials for NYRR races. QR codes can be presented digitally or printed from the race confirmation email. Bringing your QR code is the fastest way to pick up your race number. However, if you don't have (or can't find) your QR code, our Runner Services team will be able to look you up in our system by name and birthdate.
Registered runners will need to pick up race numbers (which include the B-Tag timing device) and race souvenir before the race. Number pickup usually opens the weekend before the race at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the NB Run Hub (320 West 57th Street), but always check the race page or your race confirmation email to confirm details. Pickup is in other locations for the United Airlines NYC Half, NYRR Brooklyn Half, and TCS New York City Marathon.
Hours of operation during weeks prior to a weekend race:
- Saturday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Sunday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Saturday (for Sunday race) 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Race-day pickup is generally available for an hour on race morning at the location posted on the race page. Plan to arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the race start time if you have not picked up your race number in advance.
Picking up for a friend/family member
Except for some of our premier races, such as the United Airlines NYC Half, Popular Brooklyn Half, and TCS New York City Marathon, ID or confirmation is not required for number pickup. In these cases someone else may pick up your race materials. The runner can provide their friend/family member with their QR code (this is the faster option) or our Runner Services team can look them up using their name and birthdate.
