I've updated my billing profile, but I can't see it. Why?

At this time, we’re not sharing billing profiles between the NYRR Mobile App and My NYRR. If you've created a billing profile in My NYRR, you'll need to re-enter your credit card information in the mobile app. If you've created a billing profile in the NYRR Mobile App, you'll need to re-enter your credit card information in My NYRR.
